Aneroxia help!!?!


Question: Ok so i m aneroxia and i am getting help form it..I see a consouor once a week and i get my weight check but i don;t know what my weight is because no one tells me..anyways..i went on wednesday and i didn't gain any weight from the last time i went. Any suggest on how i could again weight.
Also i am a runner and i haven;t ran for like 1 month and half. My cousolor will not let me run until i gain weight, but i talked to my parent and told them if i do good this week and eat in front of them they will let me run. Do u think it is a good idea to go against the cousolor and run, but keep in mind i will be eating alot more when i run. Hopefully

Your counselor should have you on some type of diet plan, like foods high in calories, carbs, etc that will help you put on weight faster. You may also want to try (in addition to eating)...the weight gain shake mixes that health stores like GNC sell.

Not so sure running is a good idea, because yes you will be eating more, but running will be helping burn off calories that your body needs to be holding onto.

if you really wnat to gain weight eat a dozen doughnuts and a large pizza, large coke with a big chocolate cake!!!! or come to the south we'll fatten you up!! by lots of food and you should run but not so much. just eat and eat and the weight will just come!!

it sounds to me rather than help with your eating disorder, you need help with spelling.

dont eat a lot. its just makes it worse. eat little by little. small steps. it will work. p.s. dont go belemic!

no i mean this is YOUR health u shouldnt run untill you are 100% healthy. eat small high energy meals and snack on things like nuts and cereal bars. its gonna take a while to gain weight so be patient and safe.

Do you have weight gainer drinks? Those will help you put on weight. Also make sure you are eating a high calorie diet. Do you have a nutritionist? Because a nutritionist could probably put you on a meal plan that help you gain weight.
