THE ONE DAY diet, is it possible?!


Question: Well im lik 5.9 im 15 and im 165 pounds, to enter the taekwondo compition next week ill need to be at least 140.

If for one day i would do 3-4 hours of taekwondo, and i would drink water and eat fruits and vegetables ONLY,

how man pounds would i lose, dosnt have to be presice.

do you honestly wanna do it that bad?
its possible but not in one day
u gotta crash diet for atleast 4 days usually a whole week
dont eat much at all! dont drink much at all! practice all out run all out go as hard as you can constantly and never give up if you wanna be in it
but right after u weigh in u better drink alot
i wrestle
i know guys who lose 14lbs in 2 days
every week
so its possible
but you really gotta commit yourself
if u dotn weigh atleast 3 lbs less each mornnig then u did the morning before you wont get that low

maybe do the competition next year.

maybe less than 5. not much. you're not going to lose a lot of weight in one day. it happens over a period of time (ie. days)

if you do this, you are not gonna be able to compete, no strength left, LOSING!!!!! and i know losing is the worst feeling on the planet
i did it, and it sux, honestly
next time plan ahead, know when your competition is and start eating less and moving more

Maybe you could, Give it a try just keep in mind and say to yourself "I am loosing weight" until next week with all that effort and excersice you could. If not dont worry time goes fast and next year you can. Goodluck and God Bless you!
