? How can I lose a few pounds?? ??!


Question: I really wanna have nothin to do with anorexia or even bulimia but I need to lose a few pounds. you got some experience how to do this in a healthy but effective way? All advice apprecitate!

Cut out junk - nothing fried - cook your own meals - avoid processed stuff.

No sodas/fizzy drinks.

Cut out sugary foods - only allow yourself one sugary treat each day - preferably after your evening meal.

Don't eat too much bread - switch to low fat crackers.

Eat fish, chicken and turkey.

Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Try to eat a little bit of protein with each meal - this will fill you up for longer than just eating carbs on their own.

Switch to skimmed milk.

Buy plenty of salad stuff in and try to have a little salad with each meal - use low fat dressing.

Drink 2 litres of water a day. Drinking green tea is also beneficial.

Take half an hours brisk walk each day.

Don't eat after 8pm.

Allow yourself to get used to feeling a little hungry each day - this means that your stomach will shrink and require less food to feel full. It's not normal or healthy to feel full up all the time!

eat less and exercise more. plain and simple.

The best way to lose wait is to exercise.........but you may not have time for that. So I suggest that you cut back on sodas and juices. Get youself some flavored water. Also cut back on the chocolate. be moderate on what you eat but don't starve yourself. by doing this you'll find that you lose weight in no time:)

to lose weight you don't always have to eat less- just healthier. you also need to workout and exercise, but don't be afraid if you gain a couple pounds ( like 2 or 3 ) at first. because that is usually new muscle mass- but it'll help you lose weight in the end- because you'll be able to run longer and faster causing you to burn more calories.

make sure to say away from making your meals TOO small because your body can feel that it's not getting enough energy and slow your metabolism - to stop from burning the calories so fast.
