Does anyone walk for exercise in the winter?!

Question: I mean like, when it's actually snowing or really cold. I would bundle up of course, but I would be afraid when I started to sweat, I would not realize how cold it actually is out there, and get sick! Also, I don't want people to think I am crazy!

hardcore sister, if thats what you gotta do, then thats what you gotta do. also, if your that determined to walk in the snow and all, i doubt youd get sick because you have to be in somewhat of good shape andbeing in good shape usually means having a good immune system. just make sure you come in directly after walking. dont lay in the snow doing snow angels all sweaty and such. i love people that are determined cuz your like me!!!!!

Treadmill

My mother does. I hit the treadmill. Nothing keeps her in except lightening. Its madness

no i hit the gym ... i need heat ..lol

I do! Never got sick or anything. Try to find something warm and not too heavy at the same time.

I walk year round, I now take my Akita's with me, they love the cold weather, if I begin to sweat too much, then we slow down and head for home.

I also have a Gym in my home, where on really bad days, I hit the treadmill and stairmaster......but try to make it so the dogs can get a good work out each day....Demon gets mad, he is my Min. Schnauzer, I dont let him go when bad cold...

exercise year round, really keeps you fit and in shape. and you will feel better...
