I want to do it NOW!!?!

Question: I want to lose weight, but i don't have time to work out. It'd be hard to actually diet with a house of 3 other males (they eat like PIGS!) What's the FASTEST and most reliable way to lose weight without working out and changing eating habits?

Hi spaz841:

If you want to lose weight you just need: DESIRE AND WILL POWER and WHAT YOU BELIEVE. I want to share something with you. I belong to a nutritional program and many people and myself are really happy, with a buch of energy and confidence.

It really works out for everybody. You do not need to follow so many rules, just your mere decision counts. If you are interested in this nutritional program, drop me an email, with your phone no. and your availability.

Thanks and I hope to keep in touch with you.

Oh, please. Stop making excuses for yourself. You don't have to change your eating habits or work out, but then again you will not be healthy and lose weight. Do you want to make excuses, or do you want to lose weight? The choice is yours.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca... This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

you could have something amputated that would make the scale go down and you could keep eating what you want and not working out!

There are only three ways to lose weight.....take in less calories, burn more calories, absorb fewer calories.......Sounds like you don't want to eat lowere calorie food or less of what you are eating.....don't want to raise your metabolism, muscle mass,or burn calories from exercise .....soooooo........that leaves chemicals that will either block absorbtion of nutrition, colon cancer,or illegal drugs[methamphetimine] to suppress your apetite.....unless you can talk a doctor into prscribing something......if over the counter stuff really worked everybody would be buying it off the shelves and ttouting their qualities.....also ,we wouldn't be the fatest nation in the world........

As a nutrition and dietetics major, I would say that there really isn't a better, more reliable way than eating in moderation. You can eat anything you want if you eat in the right portions. Although you cannot really lose weight without making changes in your diet or changing your exercise habits, because if consume and burn the same amount, you will only maintain weight. Self.com has a great plan for easy dieting though! Each day they can give you a new tip for simple dieting and it's free!
