Your opinions on my intake today?!
Question: Breakfast- 1 cup cheerios, 1/2 cup lite milk [180]
Lunch- couscous/lentil/tomato salad [350]
Snack- 1/2 wholemeal peach muffin [200]
Dinner- vegetable lasagne [400]
1130 calories.
(btw, vegetable lasagne is just lasagne with veges- leek, pumpkin, peas, corn, tomato etc. and also cottage cheese and pasta sheets)

Wow, very positive! I hope theres water in there somewhere as well. Keep up the great work! :]
all looks good, if you could avoid the pasta ,and repace it with some nmore vegs and fruits would be ideal.
