Workouts for building up shoulder muscles?!
Question: ive got muscles on my arms and legs but my shoulders arent getting any bigger. any tips on building up my shoulders? also the muscle that extends from your neck to your shoulder. thanks.

use large dumbells and start at your side and lift them up until you make a straight line from one finger, across your shoulders, to the next finger. hold for a few seconds then repeat. hope this helps!
