Doing Squats Every Other Day With Weights?!
Question: I have been doing squats for 3 weeks right now and see great results in my booty area but I notice my thighs are thinner.
If I Do squats every other day and use weights in both arms when doing them will this reverse the thinning and add more bulk to the area?

You have lost fat in your legs. Add heavier weight while squatting to increase mass.
