My weight changes frequently... how to measure?!
Question: Lately I've been trying to put on more weight by eating more. However, when frequently weighing myself I keep fluctuating between 163 lb and 169 lb.
What is my weight? And is this normal?

How often are you weighing? Our body's weight changes through the day - water, food, before/after using the bathroom. My suggestion is to weigh once a week - at about the same time. So...let's say you weigh tomorrow morning at 7am after you use the bathroom the first time in the am. I would then weigh again the following tuesday around 7am after you first use the bathroom. It will give you a more accurate picture. And your scale can fluctuate too...depending on where you place your feet. I can stand on my scale and move my feet and vary the weight by about 5-8 pounds!
no this is not normal. it may be because some time u eat lot some time u take soem diet plan. just try to take a portion of ur food and u will never have a increae in ur weight.
