Weight gaining & muscle milk?!
Question: I want to gain muscle and fat. I have a really good diet that consists of:
Breakfast: 3 egg whites, oatmeal, yogurt, and a nutragrain bar.
Snack: Protein bar or a cheese sandwich
Lunch: A burger or philly cheese steak OR chicken sandwich
Snack (pre-workout): Muscle Milk shake and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Snack (post workout): 46 gram protein shake and creatine
Dinner: Whatever mom makes. Steak, chicken, pasta, etc.
Snack (before bed) : Muscle Milk shake.
How much weight can I gain with this diet in about two weeks?

Instead of "Muscle Milk" which is full of crap, go to a health food store and get a 100% pure protein powder, and make your own shakes out of that.
Otherwise, looks good to me.
With regular weightlifting you'll probably stay constant for a week or so (losing fat but gaining muscle mass) and then you'll be gaining a few pounds of pure muscle a week.
Their is no set amount. just make shure you eat more than you burn.
