I lost 7 lbs in one week?!!!!?!
Question: I went on a diet of basically salads, grilled chicken and baked fish. I ran a mile monday tuesday and wednesday, ran 2 miles thursday and 18 minutes straight which was like 2 miles on friday. I guess this was all water weight? Wonder how long till the FAT comes off?

some of that had to be fat but most would probably be water weight
fat just comes off a little slower
and you loss more body fat if you drink more water

Congrats. Usually when we eat the digestive track all breaks it down from 3 hours to 3 days, depending on our metabolism and activity.
Try doing daily cycle rides to speed it up a bit!

gj job man i'm on a diet and i lost over 80 lbs. I lost 5 lbs a day to reach this and it wasn't safe but i knew what i was doing. If u stay on the diet for a month with out a cheat day u will see ur results and u will be amazed. What i would do is wear a sweater while running u lose water weight faster and it can help u burn fat faster.
