Not really.. it's mainly for toning muscles, although if you build the muscles up the skin will be tighter..
I presume you have been on a diet, and lost a fair amount of weight..
Depending on how much loose skin you have, surgery may be the only option for a large amount.
it would tone the muscle underneath the skin, giving the appearance of a flatter stomach, but it cannot tone the skin itself.
hey i dont think the belt will help but u know what i would use i would use a spanx they make u look slendertoned they work really well it could make you look like u got a tummy tuck
