13 year old and kinda chunky ...?!


Question: kay so im 5'1 and 109 pounds, what is a workout routine i could do at home everyday so that i can tone my tummy (ive gained 8 pounds since september 2007 and want to lose it) i have no acess to gym or equipment (a workout without any is great) and my neighborhood isn't exactly a good place to run (really busy and kinda dangerous) please dont say oh dont worry u r 2 young, that wont help.

the best exercises are the ones you do in gym class, which are situps, pushups, and the like. although, i don't think you should worry that much about your weight since you are probably going through puberty so your body is changing and you're probably getting taller.

I am sure you could get a workout dvd to follow at your local store. or if you have cable try fittv they always have stuff you can do. Or try joing a sports team at school.

If you have stairs, running up and down them is excellent exercise. If not, do you have a track at school? Cardio is the way to remove fat, that and dieting(a deficit of 200-400 calories per day is ideal).

Just try not to eat a lot of food. Cut down on junk food if you eat a lot. Set yourself to a certain calories a day. Do some exercises at home - stretches, jumping jacks, etc.

Im 13 and im 87 lbs. Thats just because Im extremly picky at what I eat..

im 13 as well i don't know how many 109 pounds is since im from down under and we use kilo's i just go to youtube and use 8 minute abs and just basic situps pushups pullups and play alot of sport like afl football and cricket

with your stats your definitely not chunky.
but you can try looking for workout vids on youtube. Find your faves.

i'm that weight and i'm 19, i'm not chunky and thats so not chunky, dont worry about it your still young. You shouldnt stress about this stuff yet. Do some sit up, push up, step ups, rent a exercise tape. Just google stomach exercises, you'll find plenty to do at home. GOOD LUCK :)

okm you can take and do 25 set ups and you can jog in place and also dont eat has much and you will loose some weig
