140 is not overweight at all considering you just had a baby and had 2 others before that.

But if you want to know where you stand, go here to find out how much you should weigh:

Remember to take into consideration whether you have big or small bones. If you're still breastfeeding, you should be weighing a bit more anyway.

1. Watch what you eat! Eating 6 small meals a day is better and increases your metabolism rather than stuffing 3 large meals down because it constantly burns calories to burn the food in your stomach. Plus, your stomach shrinks too from not stuffing it.

2. Drink 2 cups of water BEFORE you eat each meal. Studies show metabolism's 30% faster after drinking that much water.

3. When comparing 2 people who both don't exercise, the person who is up and about all day running errands burns 500 more calories than the person who just sits in the office or on the couch all day. Since you have young children, I know it's hard to just hit the gym. What I'd suggest is playing with them as much as you can. As for the baby, ask your husband or whoever to watch them just for an hour a day.

Take your kids to the park. Don't just sit and watch them, really get into it. Go on the monkey bars, run around with them, play tag with them. It'll be so fun, they'll love you, plus you'll shed those pounds just enjoying yourself.

4. If you can find the time, pair 1/2 hour of any cardio exercise (anything that pumps your heart rate up continuously) like running, using an elliptical, etc with resistance training (sit ups, push ups, lunges) and you will look just like a model, if you don't already.

Good luck. 140 is not bad at all for a mom with 3 kids.

20 lbs i think about try ur or her bmi on google

Well, I know the 1 & 2 year old can't go to school, so try having a friend babysit them? When your 7-year-old is at school, try doing some aerobic exercise such as swimming, running, etc. Then lower your total fat intake and ask your kids to do the same, that way your eating habits will improve. Then you can experiment a little with what you're comfortable with.

Weight really depends on age. Overall, you really don't sound overweight- not by much.
Don't go on just plain old diets, due to the fact that they don't really work half of the time. Find something (food groups) that work well with your body and pace yourself on exercising (even though it doesn't always help a lot.) I also saw that water sometimes subsides hunger too.
Just, never go hungry, give your body food or else it will go crazy. I hope this helped, but I actually learned about some system that works out a whole (safe) diet for you along with an easy exercising schedule. I wish I could recall the name :) Good Luck!

that's pretty overweight...take your kids for walks and jogs with you....be on a diet, spend lots of time outside, take your kids to the park and stuff...exercise in ways that involve your kids so that all of you have fun!!!

~good luck~
