Don't use laxatives!!! It's soo unhealthy no matter how hydrated you stay!
You have to figure out your daily calorie needs to lose weight.

Then eat that amount of calories daily! Also exercise! If you find that eating YOUR needed amount of calories is too hard, exercise more to burn off the extra ones.

edit: By the way, NEVER believe that crap that says "Lose 10 lbs FAST" because that is not possible! You will just lose water weight!

Drink TONS of water. Works like a charm. Also try minimizing your carbs and eating protein.

to be honest a laxitive.....u can loose tons of weight by going number 2 alot it can dump lots of weight out if ure colon...u can lose like 20 lbs and not mean to!!! and its pretty afe as long as u stay hydrated

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day; it really makes a difference!

Don't eat anything white or yellow for 2 weeks. That means breads, pastas, potatoes, corn, etc. And no soda unless its diet.

There are many ways to lose 10 pounds fast, but none of them are good or healthy. The book store shelves are filled with fad diet books. All of them will teach you how to drop 10 pounds fast, but you'll most likely put the pounds right back on. So why bother going that route.

The only exception I can think of (where goin that route would be worth it) is if you are a person who normally eats right and maintains a healthy weight, but you just went on a months vacation to Fatland, ate way too much of all the fattening food they have there, and you now just want to get rid of those 10 pounds fast and be your normal self again. And by normal self again, I mean going back to the healthy diet you use to follow before you were talked into going on that vacation to Fatland.

If that's the case, just go to the book store, sit down, browse fad diet books, find one that sounds good to you, read it, and then follow it's guidance.

Throw up after every meal or just not eat ^-^
