Loosing weight and treadmill?!

Question: I am planning to buy treadmill so I can work out a bit every day and of course lose weight.
I will buy one with hearth rate control.

Now question is, will it help me lose weight and fat around my stomach and thigs?

This might be bit much I think but I want to lose ~20kg(44lbs).

What else should I be doing? I am not so great on time so gym is no-go.

Well, I recently bought a treadmill and have already lost 120lbs but If you want to loose more weight you should buy the book by Jorge cruise called 3 hour diet, it has worked wonders for me.

i'd run outside instead. saves money and will give you better results.

Well.. it sounds to me like your getting off to a great start. Excersing along with a healthy diet will help you lose weight. Start off slow if you arent used to it and gradually go faster. If you want to lose in a certain area of your body, take some pounds off first and then use other exersies like crunches and leg lifts to tighten up.

Good luck

only eat when your hungry

treadmill is excellent for losing weight.
and it should be perfect for the belly area.
just make sure you adjust ur diet.

I hate treadmills, but walking helps a lot that would really burn fat off your thighs. And when it comes to your stomach do some crunches or sit ups.....I'm really the wrong one to give advice about working out my plan for this year is to lose 75lbs
by the summer time..I do 30 minutes of exercise a day. It doesn't sound like a lot but I seen it on TV. What I do is, do as many work out activity in 30 min. >20 min of cardio, 50 crunches, and 15 push ups. it doesn't have to be the same thing every day as long as you add some form of cardio it works....Good Luck to the both of us!!!!!
