Check out menshealth.com. I don't thinking losing weight is in your best interest. I agree that weight training is probably what you ought to be doing. Menshealth has great, free advice on shaping up; I.E. eatting right, losing fat, gaining muscle, and generally looking good.

Good for you for getting started at a young age.

please eat more!!! You are not over weight. you may want to do some weight training to get more muscle.

Although at your age you shouldn't start working out because your body is still growing, but muscle will burn fat. According to your measurments you are not overweight, you do need to eat more of a consistent diet. It is healthy tho. Eat a ratio of 40 % protein and 40% carbs and 20% fat and you should be on your way!!

First of all, you arent overweight at all. Second, if you do want to lose weight, you have to eat a little bit more. It isn't healthy to be working out while you haven't even eaten that much in the day.

You are right there is know way you burned 700 cals on the elliptical trainer. You should add some weight training it actually burns more calories than aerobic, and you have the benefit of a better muscle to fat ratio.
You probably need 1,500 to 2,000 cals a day, so yes eat more.
