Any dieting tips?!


Question: I'm trying to lose weight because i have all this belly fat!
What's the best way to lose it?
& I'm age 10-14.
but i can't afford to go to a gym and can't go outside either because my neighborhood is BAD!
How can i lose weight?
AND I eat about 3,000 cal. each day so is that okay?

NO! that's to many calories! especially if it's coming mostly from junk food. for someone your age you should be eating around 1,800-2,500 cal. a day, depending on how active you are, and it should be coming from healthy things, not saying you have to completley quit the junk food. and there are plenty of exercises you can do inside your house just google what you wanna work on.

I am almost 15 and when i'm getting into shape i eat about 1300-1500 calories a day, and try to increase my cardio but i'm lazy when it comes to that.

Hope that helps some. And regardless of your weight and seize you should have self confidence. this is so not coming from some skinny girl either, i just have experience here.
