Eat a lot of salads, and water and try running laps. Jumping rope is very good! Plus it's pretty fun. Dancing takes a lot calories away, try putting rock or pop music and dance.

Weight loss that rapid isn't healthy and usually doesn't work. And you're the perfect weight for your height as is (according to doctors and whatnot). It's really difficult to lose weight quickly and usually if you can it will mess up your body in some very bad way... be careful

Your weight is perfect.but you can maintain that by exercising and exercising make you look smaller.But if you start yo-yo dieting actually that makes you gain weight.just up the exercise.Women are not suppose to be bone thin.Have you seen the positive commercial real women have curves.which look beautiful.You can lose 10 healthily pounds in a month not a week.as suggested drink a lot of water for water weight and get a smoothie.Smoothie trim you by 10 pounds.You can get that from Walgreen's.Also enjoy that weight you are.as women we must try to accept ourselves how we are.men don't worry about a few extra pounds.I dont know how old you but 10 years from now you will say i didnt know how beautiful i was.TRUST ME

Don't; you look fine, and you need to eat, and it's not how much you eat, but what you eat that counts. Try brown rice and steamed vegatables, fish and nuts. Go to the health food store. No more pop, or pop tarts. Whole foods only. Look at the ingredents of the foods you buy, if you don't know how to pronounce them, you should not eat them. Educate yourself about a proper diet. Americans have terrible eating habits, (McDonalds etc.). There is also a social imperative for females to look thin. I am a firm believer in accepting people the way they look. Turn off the T.V. Go outside and take a five mile walk somewhere there where is only nature and no people. Find the right buttons on the keyboard for the words you wish to spell.
