Minimize SALT intake drastically, and pump up the amt of water you are drinking daily. This will help you lose excesss water retention which will give you a bloat. Start running and doing cardio 5-6 days a week if you can handle it. 30-45 minutes should be fine. Don't burn yourself out, but good strenuous exercise. There are some fitness supplements out there such as Stacker II, which cause your body temperature to raise and this thermogenic affect is said to aid fat loss. Not sure if these are recommended for women, as you all have different dietary needs/requirements and react differently to things then men. Look into it though. It might help get some water out too. Some people use diheuretics too, but if improperly used you risk dehydration, and permanent damage. Might wanna stay away from that idea. There is a popular fat blocker out there now too called alli? I think. Its the same as xenical but half the dosage. Basically reduces fat/cal absorbtion by 25%. Not a magic pill by any means. But it may be a good addition to what you are doing since you only have a month.
Continue to eat good nutritious foods. nothing processed. try to eat at home all the time. chicken breasts baked in a pan without salt... (try mrs. dash salt free, or lemon juice) and watch out for things like salad dressing and bbq sauce.... tons of salt in these....pay close attention to the labels on stuff.
You should be toned in no time:)

Oh and PS: don't train your abs every other day. and dont do hundreds of situps. this is an urban legend and will actually stop you from getting where you want.

Yes you want to work your abs several times a week.
---so work them every other day. Two exercises max, two to three sets 20-50, depending on the type of movment and how comfortable you are. Switch it up too. Try ab cable crunches, or ab resistance machine at the gym... or use the fitness ball. Be sure to stretch before and after as this will speed your progress and recovery.

they say one should stretch for as long if not longer than they actually exercise.

lol can I come? I wanna go on a cruise!!

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca... This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

The fastest way is to cleanse your body, however try to decrease your daily calorie intake and increase your cardio exercise. Run for 2 miles a day and aim for 200-300 situps a day. This site is great for killer abs.

No flour, No sugar. You can get Dr. Gott's book if you want, but it is really that simple. If it contains flour (white or whole wheat) don't eat it - same with sugar, honey, corn syrup, etc. Both are overly refined and basically empty calories. Concentrate on grains in their natural form (if you really crave bread try Ezekiel) and veggies. Exercise is essential - 30 min a day is not that difficult. Good luck. I've started the no flour no sugar because I was diagnosed as diabetic. I've lost 17 pounds so far and my glucose levels are under control. But don't forget the exercise. I walk for 30 minutes per day and it has also made a big difference in my blood pressure.
