more sex with my girlfriend

ha!

looking good for yourself, becoming someone else's eye candy, and feeling good from the inside out

Look at yourself naked in the mirror or compare yourself to a skinny celebirty.

wanting to see my kids grow up, have more energy to play with my kids, reducing my risk of dying early, reduce the risk of certain cancers

How beautiful it makes me feel when I'm naked and nobody else is around.

It's the only way I can maintain a proper weight... Otherwise I drop 20 pounds and I'm like sickly skinny... Plus I'm addicted to the endorphins..... Do they have a rehab for that.... lol....

fitting into a size 8 dress I bought a while back

So I feel good, don't get sick, look good, perform better, stay sexy (for my next g/f anyway), etc.

after 25yrs i dont wanna lie on bed for being sick, i dont wanna go for bypass surgery, n i dont wanna scream in the morning for joint pains.

was 5'11, 115 lbs at the end of my junior year of high school. got tired of people telling me I was skinny so I grabbed some weights. started off benching just the 45 lb bar 3 times. 50 lbs of muscle later, I max both army and marine PT tests--at their standards--and I'm benching 230. It feels good to look good is probably the big one haha

My motivation is to fit in all of my skinny jeans and tiny tops from Abercrombie and Hollister. Besides that, i think being fit gives me good confidence and I feel great.

2 things motivate me:
1. I want my body to look good. Muscle is a LOT prettier than fat!
2. I'm a martial artist and I want my techniques(punches, blocks, kicks) powerful & strong.
