Cellulite??!

Question: I'm 21 years old, 120lbs, I run and work out reguarly. But I already have cellulite on the back of my thighs. I hate wearing a bathing suit. Is there anyway I can get rid of this, what can I do? Thanks!

Unfortunately cellulite is something that is very difficult to get rid of. You could be 90 pounds and still have it. It is inherited. Two things that I have heard that help, or at least make it less noticible ~ get tan (either by lotion or a bed) or get some cellulite cream. Cellulite cream (I think) is pretty expensive. In my personal opinion, tanning and continuing to exercise will be your best bet. And you know what? You are a woman! Women get stuff like this! It sucks! But if someone is stupid enough to make fun of you for it when you are in a bathing suit, screw them. I am sure they don't exactly have a perfect body either.

do leg lifts

massage is the way to go i used to use anti cellulite cream but they can be really pricey but i use cocoa butter now and massage it into the backs of my legs and Ive noticed a dramatic improvement ...hope this helps you

Unfortunately cellulite is as much hereditary as it is due to being overweight.. Some people have it and some dont... regardless of size.

For a quick fix - A great way to minimize the sight of it is to put Preparation H or Diuretic Cream on the cellulite.. It's a "beauty pagaent" secret/body building secret to remove excess water out of your skin...

Good Luck
