go to the gym, and ask an instructor's advice on what machines to use as an 8th grade kid, initially machines that don't stun your height that would still work out those desired muscles.

once you know which machines to work on, do your work-outs in sets. e.g. lifting weights at 20 pounds, take it in intervals of 5-10-15-20-30-20-15-10-5 until you feel your muscles get sore. the soreness you will feel will indicate a torn muscle, which is what we want. don't overdo it, if it hurts too much - that's bad.

once you get home and your whole body aches (basically meaning that you've got torn muscles everywhere, eat PROTEIN. - one of the most important diets when it comes to muscle building. eggs in the morning, steak at night, anything else with a suitable or great amount of protein will do. what protein does, is that it rebuilds your torn muscles so that they can grow in strength and weight. - very much like everyday things filling an empty box. the empty box represents the torn muscle, the useful things put in it are the proteins.

basically, this diet is beneficial for both growth and muscle building. you just have to make sure that your cholesterol or blood pressure doesn't go too high.

as for the results question, it took me about 1-4 months to really grow muscles and about 3 weeks to see results. note that i went to the gym 3-4 times a week.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
