Yep! when im abroad i feel bigger (app its to do with the water retention in your body does actually make you swell) you burn more calories in the cold too!

ahhh no ... unless its because you put on the Holiday 15 -- but i didn't get to celebrate the holidays so i didn't eat the normal amount i would have....
