How can I loose 10lbs?!


Question: Okay I am short about 4'11"
And I weigh like 100lbs.

My goal is to be 90lbs by April (for semiformal dance & summer bathing suits).

I am a gymnast and excercise 2 days a week for 2 hours but its not enough.

Anyone have tips, tricks, etc FROM EXPERIENCE?

You can lose 10 lbs by walking everyday for 30 minutes for ten days. My mom read a book about losing weight and that was in there.

work out a little more and just try to be more active. i need to los e10 lbs too :(

Losing weight is as much about your diet as it is exercise. The fact that you are exercising is great, however you also need to follow a calorie controled diet plan. Check out a site called Australian Lifestyle & Fitness http://www.alfitness.com.au. You can take a free diet profile and they will give you a diet plan and exercise programe.

I take Lipo 6X pills every morning. I take half of what they recommend (2 pills). I then go to the gym and do 20 minutes of interval cardio training on the stair master, 20 minutes of weights and then 20 minutes of interval training on the eliptical machine. I have lost 25 pounds in the last 3 months. I think I have gained quite a bit of muscle at the same time so the total fat lost is over 25 pounds. Make sure to watch your fat and carb intake also. Weight watchers is a great system for an overall healthy diet.

Just try to stay active and healthy....dont become anorexic...thats the last thing a young girl needs.....
