Quickest way to do the splits 3 ways?!


Question: Heya ladies..

I'm a guy doing the splits

and I want to be able to do it in all 3 directions this year.

What sort of stretches can I do?

Straddle sit is my favorite - sit down with legs apart and gradually lean over and make legs wider and wider as you get better.

Anything else? and do you like guys who are this flexible? :)

Do they turn you on?? LOL

just the normal ones, such as standing and grabbing your legs the outward stretch and trying to do the pslits themselves ODNT FORGET TO WARM up before or your in for a muscle tear
