Question: I USED TO WORK OUT EVERYDAY LIKE 3 TIMES A DAY . BUT THEN I GOT THIS EVIL COMPUTER AND INTERNET . EVER SINCE THEN I HAVENT HIT THE WEIGHTS AT ALL REALLY . I DONT WANT TO GET OUT OF SHAPE , I WANT TO BE ADDICTED TO WORKING OUT AGAIN . HOW DO I MAKE MYSELF ADDICTED AGAIN . I WAS AT ONE POINT A MASS OF BULKING MUSCLE . STILL HAVE THE MUSCLE JUST DONT HAVE THE STRENGHTH LIKE I USED TO . ANYONE EVER CURL 25 LBS WITH ONE HAND 300 TIMES ? OR DO 300 SIT UP'S / CRUNCHES WITH A 25LBS WEIGHT ON YOUR CHEST .
