first, you should keep either squats or lunges in your program, they work good. when losing weight, you need cardio to burn fat and strengthen your heart and lungs. weights mainly build muscle. muscle weighs more than fat so you will gain weight from lifting weights. try a full body circuit program 2xs a week and cardio 2xs a week. thats 4 days in the gym. make sure you do cardio after your weight training. remember, the more calories you take and cant burn off means more weight. diet diet diet is key and that doesnt mean starving yourself, just eat smart
