Q for Vegans?!
Question: Vegans, what would a day's worth of food look like for you? What would you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or snacks? If anyone could outline what they eat in a day or give me any extra ideas, I would be very grateful. :)

breakfast--
2 tbs of spirulina and 1tsp of chlorela in a glass of water
organic wheat bread with organic peanut butter and organic honey on top
lunch--
apple, banana, orange, grapefruit smoothie....all organic and blended up together
maybe a glass of soy milk or something on certain days
dinner--
organic pasta, with a large salad (NOT iceberg lettuce), were talking chard, spinach, carrots, broccoli sprouts, mixed with a lot of garlic and tomatoes...all organic
this is not a repetitive every day diet, this is just what my food looked like today...there is definitely a lot more variety in the vegan diet, but that would be an average day along with fresh fruit and homemade organic tea for snacks...the biggest mistake most vegans have is making pasta the center of their diet...fresh greens are always the best, the greener, the better.
Just remember, its not a diet...its food.
Good luck!!!
fried eggs and chicken fried steak for breakfast
Double Bacon cheeseburger for lunch
Tbone, and crab legs for dinner
Snack on beef jerky in between meals
brekky- 2 toasts with jam or vegemite, and a cuppa tea with soy or rice milk
snack- fruit
lunch- veggie hot dog in roll
snack- pumpkin seeds and sultanas
dinner- usually beans like kidney in a casserole or vegie stirfry with rice or noodled, or pasta with tommato and mushroom sauce
late snack- rice cakes or crackers and cuppa tea
i'm not a vegan... but i eat a lot of vegan stuff... for example a lot of the food sold by morningstar... love the chicken nuggests and vegi bites.
