Weight loss question : is it enough?!
Question: Ok so I've started working out again. I get bored with my workouts VERY easily. So after a few weeks I switch it up. I'm just wondering if an hour of high impact dancing, and a half hour of strength training is sufficient exercise for weight loss. Cuz that's what I'm planning to do next. I'd be doing this six times a week.So.The dancing and the strength training, is it going to be enough?

Definitely enough strength training, but as for the cardio aspect that should be included in losing weight, I don't know if the dancing would cover it. I don't know about your dancing type.
Also, make sure that you eat right. It's much more important than anything else
start inline skating its great fun and burns loadssss of cals i lose a pound every time i do it! x
What are you eating ? Are you eating the right foods,because that will help.
Sounds like your on the right track. I hate going to the gym and so I walk, and bike a lot because it's fun. Keep up just what you are doing, but you have to watch what you eat too in order to loose weight.
