Workout for a skinny guy?!
Question: I am incredibly lanky at 6'5 and 175 lbs. I have almost no fat, but really no muscle to speak of either. I have zero definition. What can I do to increase muscle mass and especially definition? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I not good at this but i had a boyfriend like that...but he started getting a body on him when he hit the gym...he started working out!!! What I am trying to say is start working out and she if that helps.
