When will I see results?!
Question: I really want to get in shape. I'm not overweight, but I'm not exactly in shape. If I do 50 crunches on an exercise ball, two sets of 50 level crunches, and a set of 50 to each side every other day as well as running a mile [working up to a longer distance as I can] every day, how long do you think it'll take to see some noticable results? I don't expect instant results, like a day or two, but will I be able to see something in like two weeks? How long will it take?

In my experience it will take at least three months to show physically but in a few weeks you will feel stronger. Good Luck with the new bod
it probable will take shape in weeks but u cant expect it to take shape in a few days
depends what you are eating. Should take a few weeks but start measuring youself and you will notice te results.
