What are the best ways for me to get exhausted exercising every day?!
Question: Running a lot? Situps, pushups?
I don't want to sit in a gym lifting weights and would prefer to build endurance and real fitness rather than muscle mass.

create a workout routine maybe like this punch the air for about 2minutes , do 25 pushups, 15 situps, and run in place or jump rope for 3 minutes, repeat 5-10 times, it works out all of your body parts at once and by the 4th one youll definately start to feel a difference and begin feeling fatigued which is a good thing.
Swimming is an excellent exercise since it exercises the entire body. Never exercise to the point of exhaustion. That could be dangerous.
