Im a single mother who doesnt have much money?!


Question: So i cant afford to join a gym. I have changed my diet and eat more healthy, I take daily walks and take my son to the park and play football with him. Ive been going swimming once a week also But ive seem to come to a stand still. Im not at my right weight yet and still need to lose 3 more stone to be the right weight for my height, any ideas?

Try out dancing. Get your son into it. My son is only 1 and he loves it when we "shake our butts" lol. It is fun and you can do all the stupid stuff you want and he won't care! Plus, you might be able to teach him a few moves since he is old enough!

Try and increase the swimming ...it's the best possible excercise.

mix one spoon of honey with one spoon of lime juice(do not dilute the lime juice) and drink in empty stomach..It works..

do simple teqniques, they dont cost a thing and you can do them whilst in your own home :D ask your kids to join in with you so you have an incentive :D you will soon be back to tip-top condition :D good luck!

Try a home excersize dvd, they really make you sweat!! or a jog

Speed up the walking over time until you find yourself running. Covering a greater distance in the same time will burn more calories. One mile is about 100 calories walking or running. If you cover 2 miles in the same time you will have burnt 200 calories plus have a much better aerobic effect.

Dont worry about not joining a gym. Lack of sleep can be a main contributer. But Your probably not getting enough water in your diet. You should drink 2 liters a day. Even more if your overweight!!! Water will help you stay full and flush out toxins.

Get some cheap dvds with exercise or dancing on them, close your curtains, turn ir up and strutt your stuff!

I had the same problem and found out it was the birth control i was on , if you are taking the pill or any thing like that talk to your doctor and see if that may be causing the problem, if not just keep increasing your exercise it will come of in the end be patient. Good Luck :)

Do more cardiovascular exercises like swimming or cycling or jogging. If you dont have the spirit or the mood to do it, do aerobic. If you dont have the mood either for this I suggest you turn yourself into a Vegan. It will reduce and maintain your body weight in a long term. Some will say go for the Aitkin diet, but it is too risky for you.

A fitness dvd would suit your situation most, they only cost
