Is it ok to do mucsle building type exercises before eat in th A.M?!


Question: I heard that it is not good to do that. I did it for a while and I felt kind of light headed. I guess I sort already know the answer. I just am wondering if I'm sure. So, anyone with any info on this I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Typically no. When you first wake up in the morning you're suppossed to eat breakfast. Breakfast is broken down like this:
Break: You need to take time to eat a healthy or energizing meal because while your sleeping, you may not be physically doing anything but your body is. Your body is constantly using up your nutrients and intake from your food to keep you going.
Fast: Fast is on the go. So after you eat a good meal your ready to set out and use up that energy you have.

So yes def. eat in the morning and before you workout because you can physically hurt yourself if you go without it. Plus if your experiencing feelings of light headedness than it's a sign.

its not good eat something lite before your work out like a hand full of grapes.

if you eat first, your metabolism will be reved up and you will burn more calories while you are exercising, therefore you'll see better results and you won't feel light-headed. also, make sure you are drinking enough water as well

I wouldn't recommend it, the morning is the most crucial time to eat, because depending on how much you sleep your body hasn't eaten in at least 6 hours. Also don't worry about eating a lot, anything you eat in the morning gets burned off fairly quickly because your metabolism is faster.

I dont I eat before so I can burn the callories in my breakfast off, but Ive heard that if you work out before eating youll burn more callories than if you worked out after eating, but then youd get more callories from eating after wards
