well to answer your first question it is advised that you drink whey protein after your workout. If you had a hard and intense work workout you take some at nite, but be advised that whey protein absorbs really fast so it is not good for taking it at nite time. To answer you second question, according to the back of the packages it says you should drink 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh. But the only real way to actually create a supplement program you need to see a dietrician that will take your stats and see were your at and give you the best plan.

best after working out as it is used to recover muscles. what did u buy, it shouldve come with how much amount. if u have powder the powder put in about 6-8ounces of water or fave beverage n put in 1 scoop(if they provided) which is 30g
