you didn't mention about you exercising, that will help. To answer your question straightforward, you can take green tea either in capsules or tea bags. they are the safest and cheapest. BUT, as the others say, nothing works IF you totally depend on the drug / tea. Continue your diet, add exercise and supplement your weight loss with green tea. I hope this helps. I did the same way.

Fat burners are a TOTAL waste of time and money. They just don't work. The only way to safely and effectively lose weight and keep it off, is to decrease your caloric intake, increase your exercise, including weight lifting, drink plenty of water, eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, and get plenty of rest. There is NO magic bullet. Sorry.

Waste of money and bad to your health.

You need to increase your metabolism. Eat a small meal every 3 - 4 hours. This will place your body into a fat burning mode.

Get plenty of sleep and drink lots of water.

For exercise, you need to perform a combination of strength and endurance training. This will build lean muscle which burns fat.

Interval training works great. Pick a variety of exercises; pushups, situps, weights, whatever...cover each muscle group and perform these exercises for a set period of time then move to the next. Do this for 5 min. to start, then increase a couple min. each week.

Sprinting burns a load of fat.

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. After your warm up, start jogging for 30 sec. then sprint all our for 30, then jog for 30. Do this for 5 min. and increase 1 min. each week.

You already have a fat burner built in, you call it your metabolism. There isn't any magic potion, pill or solution that will do it for you, I'm sorry. To increase the metabolism, you need to eat at least 1000 calories per day and exercise. That increases the body's demand for energy, and the body will convert fat in stores to the glucose it needs. Nothing else you take will do that for you. Fat burner claims are just a way to get your money. There is a medication that will help block some fat absorbtion, called Alli- but I wouldn't recommend it unless you just have trouble with a lower fat diet. Nasty stuff that is, although it at least does work as advertised. The fat burner stuff is all flash and smoke.
