there is no diet or one specific product that causes weight loss in only specific areas of your body. You may lose some weight in that area, but the rest of your body will shrink in proportion with it. Also, you are not trying to lose a significant amount of weight to make a difference. Exercise (lifting weights, situps,...) will tone your body and target specific areas that you feel need attention.

you might lose alittle bit, it happens no matter what you do...

When fat is lost from the body, it is taken from all the parts so some of it definitely be coming from the chest area. However, generally, the fat first goes from the face, tummy, and upper arms and very last from the thighs (unfair, i know).

you do not need to lose weight!!
you are at the IDEAL weight for your height.
If you lose 10-15 pounds then you will lose mass in your chest area (cough, cough) and you are happy with how it is now, so why change it??
you seriously dont need to go on a diet!
Flaunt it! haha =]

Unfortunately for us, breasts are often the 1st thing to go when you start losing weight.

If you'd still be happy, say, one cup size smaller, then there's no need to worry. You probably won't decrease more than that. If you'd be unhappy losing that much from your chest, maybe talk to a personal trainer about exercises you can do to focus your efforts on the areas of your body where you do want to lose, and build muscle underneath your breasts to keep their size...

It depends on the girl/woman. Personally, my breasts are the first things that get smaller when I lose weight, **but many of my friends are different.**

You have no reason to lose weight. Not at that height and weight. If you want to improve your appearance, tone up the muscles a bit.
