Sounds like you're Anemic, which means you have a serious Iron deficiency. You should consult your doctor, but you should definitely increase your iron consumption. There are many foods that will help increase and maintain your Iron consumption(apples, apricots, asparagus, bananas, broccoli, egg yolks, kelp, leafy greens, okra, parsley, peas, plums, prunes, purple grapes, raisins, rice bran, squash, turnip greens, whole grains and yams) and you could use vitamins and supplements as well.

try taking iron pills...u might be anemic.

Sounds like you have poor blood circulation.

sounds like low blood pressure/circulation problems.

See a Dr immediately

God bless

Have your thyroid checked...simple blood work from the doc. Always being cold is a sign of hypo-thyroidism.

Take a warm bath. Soak.
Layer your clothers, like a t-shirt and then a shirt and sweater. Wear a stocking cap-since most of the heat leaves through your head and gloves/socks.
Eat something warm, like soup, get up and move around, sort closets or move furniture around-takes your mind off your body.
Get a massage.
Go to the doctor who can assure you, you are not sick.

I'm always cold too. However, I find that if you layer clothing, especially tops it works well. Because if you keep your core warm, then you stay warm. Like a tank tops, then a shirt...then a sweatshirt. Also, try getting hand and foot warmers. They're great! I use then when i go skiing, and i'm never cold! which is unusual for me! You can get them at stop and shop or sometimes a drug store

Go to the doctor, and get a thorough exam and blood tests. There are a couple of different things that have that 'extreme cold' as a side effect, and those need to be ruled out and/or treated before you can do anything by yourself to 'adjust' your internal temperature. I have hypothyroidism, which makes me feel cold all the time, and I'm in menopause, which gave me hot flashes ... but there was NO HAPPY MIDDLE GROUND. My husband could see how miserable I was, and coined the word 'schizothermic' for my 'I'm boiling - I'm freezing' times. I'm finally over the hot flashes of menopause, but still have the 'I'm freezing' spells ... I sometimes change clothes or add/subtract clothes up to ten times a day ... I have every possible layer in clothing ... from shorts and tank tops to 'blanket pants' and jackets. If you are 'super cold' then try covering your feet in warm, soft socks and slippers, and put a hat on your head ... these two places are those that 'bleed body heat' and if they are well covered and warm, your whole body will feel warmer. But also go to the doctor ... it could save your life.
