Do you eat lunch? Have a salad and juice or water. It helps to keep your glucose levels even.
Instead of the bagel every morning, try something a little more healthier, because yes bagels, and breads in general are somewhat healthy, but only in certain amounts, try a fruit one morning, small serving for chicken soup another morning, MIX IT UP a bit, also try exercising after school, it sounds like you are walking quite a bit, but even still,
Also try eating more protein, because protein will naturally bring you up, and keep you up.
uhh i think its cause you WALK 2 miles back home.. maybe get a ride?
The human body goes by daily circadian rhythms which generally cause pronounce fatigue at 4 pm and 4 am. (Most of us obviously sleep through the one that occurs at 4 am.) A nap is certainly okay - I would suggest that you sleep no longer than 20 or 30 mins as much more could throw your nightly sleep off-track.
Otherwise if you are not getting adequate sleep at night then that could also cause pronounced fatigue. Aim to get 8 to 10 hrs of sleep each night and try to avoid any huge variations. Remember that humans cannot 'bank' excess sleep but can built up a sleep deficit.
