Is this a good diet???!
Question: Breakfast:
-Cereal with milk
-Maybe fruit
Lunch:
-Salad with a lean protein (shrimp, chicken, etc.) and some toppings like low fat cheese, slivered nuts, dried fruit
-1/2 cup rice, or a small baked potato
-Fruit
Dinner:
-Chicken
-Salad
-Fruit
Plus 3 healthy low cal snacks
Plus exercising 30 minutes 5x a week

DEFINITELY eat some fruit with your cereal and make sure your cereal isn't high in sugar. also drink lots of water and make sure you dont drink too much soda, alcohol, coffee, or anything else sweet. dont over do the chicken.. try something else like fish or some other type of sea food. also, you shouldnt eat white rice. try brown rice, it's better for you and isn't filled with empty carbs like white rice is.

I think this is the only GOOD diet plan that i have ever seen on yahoo answers lol no joke. Just make sure to put those snacks in and dont forget the watter. Your well on your way!!! Keep it up and dont forget to through in some desserts (shhhh) once in a while lol
