learn the anatomy of your body. READ until you're blue in the face about diet and lifting weights
No easy way. Just suck it up and lift.
You'll need to lift weights. Do compound exercises like squats, bench press, deadlifts, just to name a few. Doing 20 sets of bicep curls won't help you get buff.
Sleep more.
Eat more healthy meals 5-6 times per day.
if you are seriously wanting to be tone like less than 3% fat. then you need to start a strict diet, read plenty of books(bodybuilding) and know the muscles groups. or just keep doing weights and eating healthy
Look up the 300 workout on the internet. I did this workout and developed muscles in places that I didn't know I had places.
dont do the 300 workout, it sucks
