Is this good?!


Question: I am a 15 year girl trying to go from 150 lb to 120-125 lb. I am about 5'5. I am trying to have 1,500 calories a day, I drink no soda, and I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Here is my day today:

Breakfast-
*1 banana *Dasani water *1/2 cup Honey Bunches of Oats original cereal with 1/2 cup SILK soymilk *1 Weight Watchers blueberry muffin

Snack-
*Part of a Dasani *1 Swiss cheesestick (organic)

Lunch-
*1 PB sandwich (reduced fat) on wheat *Part of a Dasani *1 banana *1 pear *1 rice cake

Snack-
*1 banana *1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats cereal with 1 cup organic fat free milk

Dinner-
*1 Gardenburger with lettuce, onions, cheese, and a little ketchup *A few fries *2 glasses of water

Dessert-
*1 Chocolate Fiber One Bar *10 M&M's *1 glass of water

yes, thats good. but unless you want to look like a sack of bones i would put yuor goal up higher to around 130/135

yeah thats really good but try to get more vegetables.

yeah thats good! I started my diet today. you might should get some 100 calorie packs. they have cookies and chex mix and all diff kinds and theyre filling and good. just an idea but you probably already knew.

That sounds good.
the only thing i'd add is a bit of exercise to tone up & help you lose weight faster.

nevermind what i said about exercise, that's good & i'm sure dancing burns tons of calories.
