depends on ur height and weight. also ur body type...how long uve been lifting...if ur doing a 1 rep max or maximum reps. really every1 is different so its impossible 2 tell. when i was 15 i was 6'2 and about 220lbs...im pretty sure i benched about 265 or something like that and squatted a lot (i never maxed in squats until i was an senior in high school). i have naturally strong legs which is y i squat significantly more than others my age...it all depends on the person
im 15 and i can bench 250 and squat 400 but i have back problems from it so be carful
