Weight loss and Caffiene?!
Question: Why do some diet/weight loss plans advise that you cut caffiene from your diet? I realize that many caffiene rich drinks can be heavy in calories, and sugar in particular, but is the caffiene itself a major issue? Or do such plans simply tell you to avoid it because it's not really a healthy thing to consume?

BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL THERE TALKING ABOUT...CAFFEINE IS A DIURETIC, IT HELPS YOU LOOSE WATER AND WEIGHT. IT'S NOT THE CAFFEINE, IT'S ALL THE OTHER CRAP PEOPLE PUT IN IT THAT'S FATTENING.
It actually contrasts to the idea of detoxing. And second - it increases blood pressure and provoke stress. Therefore when you are on a diet it is better to avoid.
