Spring break and valentine dance help!!!!!!?!
Question: ok the valentine dance is almost here for my school we can were dress .etc i want to wear shorts but i don't feel comfortable showing my innner thighs and legs and stomach what would be a good work out that i can do at home? and would it help me lose weight? Also what meals can i eat that makes me get full?Im 115 pounds please help me

Your weight class really depends on your height at having 115lbs.
Best thing to burn fat are cardio exercises. Take 30 minutes jogs daily, up to an hour but don't overexert yourself.
Lessen meats and fatty foods and increase leafy vegetables. The dietary fiber in veggies increase your fullness feeling while reducing calorie intake.
how tall r u? at 115 pounds...u are not overweight
well when u eat quaker oatmeal it makes u very full but it has very few calories.thts bc it goes through your esophagus really slowly i would eat tht on ur diet!
