Question: Ok so today i ate 500 calories and i did exercise and burnt 700+ calories. is this gd enough or do i need 2 do more? or is it ok?

yes, burning 700 calories is good but people always mess up here... YOU NEED TO EAT HEALTHY! eat more.
5 small meals a day, lots of protein... healthy meals. If you eat them more spread out through out the day, your body will not store as much fat.
eat healthy, cardio... then you'll be fine
you need to eat more. your body will hold onto everything if you eat less then 1200 calories. you actually lose more if oyu eat a little more.
It depends on what you're trying to do. You're trying to lose weight right? Most girls are, so I'll go with that. You should really starve yourself of calories if you're trying to lose weight, just stay away from bad calories like fatty foods and stuff like that (i'm sure you heard that millions of times) and eat more stuff like fruit and vegetables. Sounds like you're doing pretty good. Do lots of cardio and a few weights not for mass but just to get some shape
For gods sake. Stop trying to gain attention and sympathy by posting up questions and asking if your thin enough/do enough excersize. Your stupid eating only 500 calories and you know it. Plus what sort of excersize did you do and for how long? 700+ calories takes a lot of effort...
Sorry, I just don't want to see you get hurt. Really, you did an hour of cardio and burned 700 kcals?? Even when I swim, really really hard- like a beast set or something, I only burn 1200 in 2.5 hours!
That's just sick, even for a girl. Unless you're like Rasputia in Norbit, I don't think you need to do that. People who have ups and downs end up to be really fat anyways so just stay healthy. A little chubby is really cute!
