Does anyone know how to convert the old system into the new points system for We!
Question: I have an old 'Food Companion' book and it breaks food down into fats/dairy/bread etc. But they now use a point system. So instead of buying another book, I was wondering if there is a way (an easy way) to take, for example, if something has 4 fat, what does this translate into as far as points. THANKS!!!

okay, go onto google and type in weight watcher convertions there, you will find a bunch of people with the smae problem, so im sure it will be solved.
I am not sure how to convert your system to the new system but you can easily find out how many points is in a product if you know the number of fat grams, fiber grams and calories. Just do a search on any search engine (such as Yahoo) for "weight watcher's point calculator". You will find many free sites that will help you calculate the points.
