Question about eggs?!
Question: I've always loved eating eggs, especially on toast. Lately however, I've noticed that fried eggs have been making me feel a little nausous & is sometimes accompanied with wind. However, if I eat eggs that have been scrambled, poached or boiled, I enjoy them a lot more without nausia or wind.
Is it true that eggs are a lot healthier to eat when they have been cooked in any way, except frying?
Also, is it true that eggs contain some Omega 3?

Yes, frying anything is the least healthy way to eat it. Heating fats isn't good for them, and although if you use olive oil it's not too bad, it's still not ideal. Other ways of cooking eggs are definitely better.
Eggs do contain a small amount of omega-3s; some organic/free-range eggs have more than others (and are marked as such).
Well eggs are a very good source of protein
but eggs are also very high in cholesterol..
you fry them and the cholesterol count increases greatly
