You should fast walk.......
Jogging......because it burns more fat and calories....im not saying walking is badd thats also gooddd.....but jogging is alot more nicer and its goodd to have a Ipod or Mp3 player or any Cd Player or some music playing while Jogging....it really helpss!!!=]Hope that answered ur Question!
i have heard that if you switch between jogging and walking, for example jog for five minutes then walk for five minutes, you end up burning more then just doing jogging or walking.
Walking is okay as long as you walk briskly and get your heart rate up. For some people jogging can be damaging for joints, especially if you are overweight. Also if you hate jogging you are not going to do it long. You need to find a physical activity that you enjoy, gets your heart rate up and that you can do at least 30 minutes everyday.
